When you visit Bleak House Gardens you will be invited to wander through the many pathways admiring beautiful roses along the way. Stroll past our lush green Sparten hedges or sit by one of our many ponds, you may choose to sit on a wonderful sculptured seat hand crafted by Maarten himself looking over the dam with a view of Crab Apple island.Take a walk down through our three hundred metre Crab Apple walk where in spring the orchard will be blossoming.
Admire Pj's Potager garden full of fresh organic vegetables and available to purchase in Cafe Bleak. Take the children to visit Francesca & Charlotte our gorgeous Irish Crucifix Donkeys and their fouls or Henny Penny and freinds over in the Chook yard. Enjoy wonderful coffee, cakes, Devonshire Teas, light lunches and more, whilst you enjoy your coffee sit and read your morning newspaper. Choose from our bunches of freshly picked roses or our Bleak House Pot-Pourri.Try before you buy our home made preservatives be it Quince Marmalade or Demson Sauce.
Take photo's of our art pieces and sculptures to remember your visit to Bleak House. Be inspired and buy some of our reasonly priced plants for sale in our small but quaint Cafe Nursery. Bring us your Arts & Crafts to display to our visitors. But most of all please enjoy our passion.
Bleak House Gardens will be open to the public from the commencement of The Kyneton Daffodil & Arts Festival 3rd of September and through to the end of May. The gates will be open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 10am to 4pm . Closed xmas day & Good Friday. Cafe open weekends only.
